About Chariot Coaching & Therapy
Chariot Coaching & Therapy is personal development space designed for Black women who want to discover their full potential.
Founder Cheryl May Ndione is a qualified Executive Coach and Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist, whose own journey of healing her unmet emotional needs led her to reconnect with her body and to her authentic self.
The journey has inspired her to build a safe space for other women to do their work through Chariot Coaching & Therapy.
From being overworked, under appreciated, and deeply dissatisfied, Cheryl came to understand the importance of intentional healing, and has committed to walking the path alongside incredible Black women that are ready to choose themselves.

15:00–15:15 Arrival and Intention Setting
Define your personal goals for the retreat, creating clarity and purpose for your experience.
15:15–15:45 Introductions, Check-in and Icebreaker
Begin the retreat with engaging activities to establish connections and create a sense of ease within the group.
15:45–16:00 Guided Breath work & Somatic Grounding Exercise
Settle into the day with intentional breath work and gentle movements to settle your mind and body.
16:00–16:30 South Therapy
Take part in a energetic cleansing ceremony to harmonise your body at a cellular level. Prepare for healing vibrations to support you to process what needs to be processed.
16:30–16:45 Deep Dive into Parts Work & Self-Reflection
Engage in exercises to explore and understand different aspects of your inner world, promoting healing and self-awareness.
16:45–17:00 Written Reflection
Consolidate your thoughts and emotions in a creative reflection session, allowing time for introspection and integration.
17:00–18:00 Closing Sister Circle
Conclude the retreat with a grounding ritual, share key takeaways, and set intentions to carry this experience into your daily life.

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that, you may transfer to another person or apply to a future Soma & Sound event.
