Identity, Belonging, and Healing the Parts That Were Left Behind
Retreat Intention:
This workshop creates a nurturing space for Black women to reconnect with hidden aspects of themselves—the parts that were silenced, abandoned, or shaped by trauma and cultural expectations. Homecoming to the Self is about reclaiming identity, cultivating belonging within yourself, and integrating fragmented parts so you can deepen yourself self-knowledge and self-compassion.

Recognizing disconnected or suppressed aspects of the self
Cultivating self-compassion, curiosity, and acceptance
